Start Safari and enter the URL AssistApp.it. Tap on the Share button at the bottom right of the browser toolbar, and add it to the Home Page. Enter a title for the link before tapping the Add button. Click the icon to start AssistApp.

You must sign up to access your profile. To sign up, simply fill out the registration form available on the website in the customers and/or professionals’ section.  Fill out all parts of the form and set a username and password to log in.

If you find that you cannot access your account using the username and password provided during registration, there could be a login error. Make sure that your device is connected to a network. If you are still unable to log in, you may ask for new credentials to the platform sending a message to:  supporto@assistapp.it or assistenza@assistapp.it.

The data required during registration is necessary to guarantee the functioning of the platform. As a customer, you are asked to provide your contact details, so that our operators can detect all professionals available in your area for quick emergency interventions. As for personal data provided by professionals, they will be verified by our staff during the interview to allow you access the platform.

AssistApp is a platform that brings together all selected professionals who deal with home care and services provided to the person, the family, and the elderly, as well as technicians who can assist in case of “emergencies” or skilled professionals who provide exceptional services that you may need. AssistApp is an intuitive and user-friendly web platform that helps users create, manage and track their requests and offers, quickly and easily. There are two different formats depending on its use: customer or professional.
As for the customers’ panel, the platform creates a profile page where customers can access the category of professionals to:

– submit a request for intervention/service with fixed price, i.e. services for specific intervention (such as home shopping, radiography at home, chef at home, etc);
– request an appointment/interview with professionals who are chosen according to the empathy and the relationship established between the client and the professional (for example, nanny and/or caregiver, cleaning lady, etc. );
– frequest a technical inspection (for example, plumber, electrician, mason and/or all professionals requiring a technical intervention).
The client’s request is managed by the platform and notified to the professionals of the relevant category. After viewing the request, the professional(s) notifies(y) when available for the intervention.
Operators only manage the incoming and outgoing flow of notifications, send the profile of all professionals who accept the service request to the customer, including the price list chosen by each professional.
The client selects the professional(s) for the requested service and/or the inspection and/or the appointment.
The platform closes the order. On the day of the scheduled service, the customer care staff asks the customer to provide feedback on the quality of the service.

AssistApp is a platform designed to support the demand for services dedicated to home, family, and elderly care. If you cannot see the service you are looking for, it is probably because no one has requested it yet. We would be grateful if you could let us know your needs by completing the “additional services” request form. As soon as the professional section that responds to your requests is active, our operators will send you an e-mail to the address provided during registration and notify the upgrade.


AssistApp does not provide “family plans” in its start-up phase, but we are committed to developing portfolios or formulas that can meet extended families’ needs. The “tailor-made” service is active (find out more) and allows a dedicated operator to help manage all services that suit a family’s needs.

AssistApp services can also be purchased for third parties (beneficiaries) via the “AssistApp bonus” formula to be calculated according to the service required. On the other hand, it is not possible to submit a request on behalf of third parties without the authorization of the recipient: our services are provided at home and the consent of the person to whom the service must be rendered – who accepts when registering – is mandatory.

Whenever a customer books a service on AssistApp, a dedicated customer service operator will contact you and ask you to provide a review about the service and the professional.
